Getting metal4d on your device
We offer three paths to access metal4d on mobile: Android APK direct download, iOS Safari or Chrome browser, and responsive web access from any device. Choose the method that suits your phone and preference.
Android APK installation
Users on Android 7 or higher can download the metal4d APK directly from our website. After download, open your file manager, locate the APK file, and tap "Install." Android will prompt you to enable installation from unknown sources in your security settings if you have not done so before. This is a standard Android feature and is safe when you trust the source. We sign our APK with a verified certificate. Once installation completes, the metal4d app appears on your home screen. Tap the icon, sign in with your username and password, and you are ready to access live football, roulette, and slot games.
The Android app caches recent game data locally, so if your network briefly drops during a match or table session, you can often reconnect without reloading the full interface. Push notifications alert you to deposit confirmations, withdrawals, and login attempts from new devices. iOS browser and web access

If your phone runs Android 6 or iOS 11, you can still access metal4d through a mobile browser; only the direct APK installation requires Android 7 or higher.
Common installation issues and fixes
If you see "Installation blocked" when opening the Android APK, your device has disabled installation from unknown sources. Go to Settings → Security (or Settings → Apps & Notifications → Advanced) and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install apps from unknown sources." After enabling this, return to your file manager and retry the APK. The metal4d APK is signed with a verified developer certificate, so your device will trust it once you confirm. If the APK file is corrupted during download, clear your browser cache and download again. On iOS, if you select "Add to Home Screen" but the shortcut does not appear, restart your iPhone and try again. If login fails with an "invalid credentials" error, verify your username and password match exactly what you registered; passwords are case-sensitive. If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen, enter your registered email, and we send a reset link within minutes. Data, permissions, and account security
The Android APK requests permission to access your device's camera and photo library only when you upload your identity document for KYC verification. Your camera and photo permissions are optional and used only during the verification flow; metal4d does not use your camera to track you or record your activity. The app also requests permission to send notifications; you can disable notifications at any time in Settings → Apps → metal4d → Notifications. Your account credentials (username and password) are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections; we never store plain-text passwords. When you deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, your payment details are handled directly by those partners—metal4d receives only a confirmation token, not your card or wallet credentials. Your KYC documents (identity card, selfie) are encrypted and stored on our secure servers; we retain them only as long as necessary for account verification and regulatory compliance. You can request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time by contacting support; we process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Always log out when you finish a session, especially on a shared device. Enable two-factor authentication (if offered) in your account settings for an extra security layer.
