We operate metal4d as a regulated online gaming platform. When you create an account with us, you enter into a binding agreement that governs your use of our services. These terms outline what we require from you, what you can expect from metal4d, and how we handle disputes or account issues.

We support deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfer from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each deposit method has standard processing times: mobile banking and local payment typically arrive within seconds to a few minutes; bank transfers via online payment or Virtual Account credit within subject to verification during business hours. We do not charge deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees.
Your account balance is your sole asset with metal4d. We hold it securely and process withdrawals according to the timelines stated in these terms.
Withdrawal Terms on metal4d
You can withdraw your balance at any time. Submit a withdrawal request via the app or website, specifying the amount and destination payment method. Our compliance team reviews the request within one business day. If approved, the funds are sent to your payment method. E-wallet withdrawals arrive within 2–4 hours; bank transfers take one to three business days. During major holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, processing may extend by one additional day.
Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used to deposit, or to any other verified payment method on file. If your withdrawal is delayed or declined, we send you an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, account name mismatch, or suspicious activity triggers. Bonus Terms and Game Settlement
