What We Collect When You Join metal4d

We collect your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number during account signup. We also collect your IP address and device information (device type, operating system version, app version if you use our Android app). This allows us to verify your identity, contact you about account issues, and detect suspicious activity.

When you make a deposit, we collect transaction data: the amount, payment method used (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank account details), and transaction timestamps. When you request a withdrawal, we collect the destination payment method and review your account for compliance before processing. For deposits via bank transfer, we may collect your bank account number and Virtual Account code to confirm the transaction.

Note: We never collect your password in plain text. Passwords are hashed immediately upon entry and cannot be retrieved or viewed by our staff.

How We Use Your Data on metal4d

We store your data on secure servers located outside Indonesia. Our servers use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored in plain text on any device or system.

We use third-party payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals. When you deposit via mobile banking or local payment, those platforms receive transaction data directly from you. We do not share your full payment credentials with them; we share only the transaction details needed to complete the payment. For bank transfers, we may share your name and account information with your bank to confirm the Virtual Account setup.

Your Rights and Data Access on metal4d

You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you. Submit a data access request via our support team with the subject line "Data Access Request". We will compile your information and deliver it within 10 business days. You can also request that we correct inaccurate information or delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).

If you believe we have misused your data, you can file a complaint with your local data protection authority. We also accept complaints directly; contact our support team and we will investigate within 5 business days. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for up to three years after account closure for legal and compliance purposes.

Cookies and Device Tracking on metal4d

We use cookies and device identifiers to keep you logged into metal4d and to remember your preferences (such as language and theme). These are functional cookies, not tracking cookies. We do not use cookies to profile you or to sell data to advertisers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of metal4d may not work correctly without them.

On mobile, our Android app and iOS browser use device identifiers to prevent multiple logins on the same account and to notify you of account activity. You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time. These identifiers are never shared with external parties.
